In complex production processes with more than 100 work steps, the Aviation94 razor is worked out of a forged aluminum block

In addition to these properties, the Aviation94 demonstrates excellent shaving qualities. It is ideally balanced, precise, has a very good grip and is therefore easy to hold

Thanks to the groove design of the razor head and the ideal angle of the blade, the shave is very gentle and very thorough 

The blade glides smoothly over the skin without being aggressive
