WESTMAN Geres after shave balm 100ml
The aftershave emulsion is our recomendation for a more gentle, alcohol-free, aftershave routine. It promotes deep skin nourishing and recovery without compromising adstringent properties.
Witch hazel is the base ingredient of this formula, an important component to calm the skin down and reduce redness and soreness. It is blended with effective moisturisers and antioxidants through an emulsification process.
The texture is that of a fluid balm, which absorbs completely in 10 to 15 minutes. Start with a small amount on the first use and the optimal quantity of product will vary based on your skin type and environment
Scent: Marjoram, Oakmoss, Juniper, Patchouli, Vetiver, Pepper, Lavender and Bergamot
Mossy wood fragrance with earthy and sweet undertones.
We started by emphasizing the Oakmoss note whilst working in a more traditional fougère accord and Gerês was born. Lavender and Bergamot surround Oakmoss, backed by notes of Marjoram, Juniper, Patchouli, Vetiver and Pepper.
This fragrance does not intend to replicate nature. It is an abstract homage to the Gerês Mountains with a refined and glamorous character.
Holly, oak, birch, juniper and pine mountainous forests meet waterfalls that spread out into reservoirs. Breathtaking landscapes are home to numerous wildlife species. Remote granite hamlets are harmoniously integrated with nature. The residents preserve ancient values and traditions going back for millennia.
The use of lichen (tree moss) natural extracts is severely restricted in the EU since 2017, as a couple of chemical compounds present in such extracts are considered strong allergens. The Oakmoss that we use is a blend of synthetic aroma chemicals that create an approximation to the natural scent.
All the remaining notes are obtained from pure essential oils: Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender), Citrus Bergamia Peel (Bergamot), Origanum Majorana (Marjoram), Juniperus Communis (Juniper), Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli), Vetiveria Zizanoides (Vetiver), Piper Nigrum (Black pepper)
